Lexus63 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

Welcome to lexus63. This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and lexus63 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the lexus63 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the lexus63 platform immediately. Continued use after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Lexus63 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, except in certain circumstances as stated in Section 12. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

Lexus63 reserves the right to request identity document verification (such as MyKad or passport) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit. This process is part of the industry-standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure.

As a lexus63 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following obligations throughout the duration of your use:

• Keep your password and account login details confidential at all times
• Do not share your account with any other individual, including family members
• Updating your personal information should any changes occur

• Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to influence gameplay

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. lexus63 does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties. If a deposit is received from an unverifiable source, lexus63 reserves the right to freeze the relevant balance until verification is completed.

Lexus63 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and transparently. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved
• Any active bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before withdrawal
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification

Withdrawal processing times are based on the user's VIP tier: Silver members within 30 minutes, Gold within 10 minutes, Platinum within 7 minutes, and Diamond within 5 minutes. These timeframes are measured from the moment the request is approved by the lexus63 system; bank or e-wallet transit times are beyond our control.

Rollover refers to the total wagering amount that must be reached before a bonus balance can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a bonus of RM 50 with a 10x rollover requirement, you must place a total of RM 500 in bets before that balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The rollover rate is clearly stated in each lexus63 promotion.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including multi-sided wagering to meet rollover requirements, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is a serious breach that may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
